2) Professional photographers – Allowing your home to be presented in the best
possible manner right from the start. All our listings are photographed by a professional
photographer. The photographers offer great insight and experience on how to make a
property presentable. The photographer will spend about 2 -3hrs taking photos and
video of the interior and the exterior of your home. We have added 3d matterport
photography to market homes.  The technology allows potential buyers to walk through
your home in 3D virtual reality. Offering a unique perspective and opportunity.  Also
included are floor plans, drone photos taken of the lot and surrounding area as well as
interior and exterior photos. We also offer a video presentation showcasing your home
in a unique manner that highlights and tours through your home.

3) Free staging consultation with professional stagers. Our stagers will meet with you
and explain the staging process and work with you to get your home ready and have it
showing like a dream. We literally take care of everything at a pace and timeline
convenient to you. The stager would go through each room and offer suggestions on
how to best stage each room to maximize the first impression of potential buyers.  If
you like we can have the stager, come by on more than one occasion to offer ideas.
Ideally the stager will come a few weeks before we go on the market. The goal is to
have your home showing like a model home prior to the photos and video work being
completed. Creating the best possible impression for our online presentation.

4) We have a home inspection completed prior to listing on all our listings. Giving us an
advantage over other listings. We have a detailed report that we can share with
potential buyers and agents. Buyers that were hoping to have a home inspection
completed can rest assured we have taken care of that for them. Putting everyone at
ease and in a more informed position. One more feature this offers is that potential
buyers can also contact to the inspector and ask him any questions on any issues or
concerns they might have. By having the inspection done ahead of time also allows us
to take care of any potential surprises. We can either have any small issues fixed or
get quotes to inform potential buyers of the costs to remedy.
