Scott balances the two things he loves the most; his family and real estate. All of Scott’s accomplishments in real estate have come with the full support of his amazing wife Sophie and their growing family of four boys; Cole (19), Ryan (17), Curtis ( 14yrs), and Tyler (10yrs). Scott has been involved in real estate for just over 20 years. For the first 12 years, he has been a real estate agent with the well-respected Royal Lepage organization. In 2018 Scott took a new direction with the help and support of his wife Scott launched his boutique real estate brokerage The Gunn Real Estate Group. Offering top-tiered residential real estate services with a family-friendly approach.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Scott worked as a residential appraiser for 5 years, carefully examining, analyzing, and placing value upon every type of real estate from vacant land, condominiums, farms, acreages, and four-plexes to single-family residential. The experience was engaging and fun and gave Scott a solid ability to understand what determines property values. Scott will take the time to explain the terminology and translate it into a language everyone can understand and appreciate. Scott is very involved with his children whether it’s school, swimming, baseball skiing, or hockey. If he is not working Scott is likely volunteering or coaching at something involving his children. Scott’s family-oriented approach to life spills over into his work. His down-to-earth, honest approach allows him to build his business through referrals and repeat business from his valued clients. He prides himself on providing honesty, integrity, and hard work that gets results.
