Scott spends his time balancing the two things he loves the most; his family and real estate. All of Scott’s accomplishments in real estate have come with the full support of his amazing wife Sophie, and their growing family of four boys; Cole, Ryan, Curtis and Tyler.
Scott launched his own independent real estate brokerage in October 2018 after working for Royal LePage for 14 years.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Scott worked as a residential appraiser for 5 years, carefully examining, analyzing and placing value upon every type of real estate from vacant land, condominiums, farms, acreages, and four-plexes to single-family residential. The experience was not only engaging and fun but gave Scott a solid ability to understand what really determines property values. Scott will take the time to explain the terminology and translate it into a language that everyone can understand and appreciate.

Blair comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry. He has been a home inspector in the London area since 2010 and an income property investor and manager for over 10 yrs.
Originally from Newfoundland, Blair met his wife Karen while working in Northern BC and they moved to London, in 2004.
Blair and Karen chose the forest city because of its size, job opportunities and is known as a great community to raise their daughter Kennady.
