My partner and I couldn’t recommend Scott more. Purchasing a house from out of province meant that Scott had to do a lot of our initial leg work before we could get serious about a place. We were seriously looking on the market for about four months. Over this time, it seemed that no matter what else Scott had going on, he was always available to go scout out a house or send us more information. As first time home buyers, Scott was also subject to regular phone calls talking through the process and trying to determine what would meet our family needs and budget. Scott is clearly a very busy guy, but this was never readily apparent to us. What impressed us most, though, was Scott’s commitment to ensuring we purchased the right house. As we deliberated over properties, Scott was just as likely as we were to point out the drawbacks or potential expenses to a house.
