Scott just helped my family purchase our home in London, Ontario. The market has been interesting for the last few years, to say the least, so we were a bit concerned about timing. To make matters worse, our schedules constantly conflict with each other, making it a real estate agent's nightmare. Nevertheless, Scott has been incredibly patient and a ray of sunshine in what can sometimes be a pretty stormy time for people… especially now with so many unknowns. Not only was Scott able to help us find a home that met our needs, but it was well within our price range. This will allow us to make upgrades in the near future, rather than trying to figure out if we could afford the mortgage down the road. With that in mind, Scott was also able to provide names of contractors that he had done business with previously, giving us peace of mind when it came to making those upgrades. BTW, those upgrades are necessary, we just want to put a little piece of ourselves into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott on so many levels. There was never a sense of push in the need to buy this or that house, and he has a great sense of humour. You really can't go wrong with Scott as your agent, and we have dealt with several before.
