Scott is exactly what you want from a realtor. We were moving from Toronto to London and were totally ignorant of the market here. Scott not only walked us through it all, but even took us to see houses that we had picked off MLS, knowing that they weren't up to our standard. You might think the above was a negative, but he followed up those showings with some houses of his own choosing that really educated us on what was possible.
