My wife and I met Scott 3-4 years ago at an open house prior to building our first home. The house at the time was out of our price range, however, we felt very comfortable at the open house with Scott. He offered coffee and cookies and was very easy to talk to.... ..3 years later, we started contemplating selling the house we had built and remembered how friendly approachable Scott was and gave him a call to assess our home. Scott was able to come in (on the same night that we had called him), assess our house and come up with a full report that fully justified his assessment. We had interviewed other agents and Scott's assessment was by far the most detailed and professionally laid out assessment. We interviewed about 4 different agents to sell our high end home and Scott, by far, was the best. He has a great understanding of real estate, is very attentive and easily reachable, and truly represented us professionally. My partner and I couldn't recommend Scott more. Purchasing a house from out of province meant that Scott had to do a lot of our initial leg work before we could get serious about a place. We were seriously looking on the market for about four months. Over this time, it seemed that no matter what else Scott had going on, he was always available to go scout out a house or send us more information. As first time home buyers, Scott was also subject to regular phone calls talking through the process and trying to determine what would meet our family needs and budget. Scott is clearly a very busy guy, but this was never readily apparent to us. What impressed us most, though, was Scott's commitment to ensuring we purchased the right house. As we deliberated over properties, Scott was just as likely as we were to point out the drawbacks or potential expenses to a house. We never felt that he was trying to sell us on a particular property or earn a quick commission.

Scott Gunn helped my husband and I bought our first ever house in London. And recently, he helped us sold the house because we are relocating from London to Toronto. We were amazed and impressed by him in every perspective.
